The hotel is close to Paddington station. We liked the proximity to Hyde park. The rooms are small. We upgraded to a larger room and it worked out perfectly. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are small but clean and tidy, the service is good. I would use the hotel's services again, and I highly recommend them to others.

Nice hotel, clean and efficient. Incredible breakfast. However, they need a little maintenance in regard to electrical plugs which failed to work most of the time. We also had an encounter at the front desk with a woman desk clerk, who is very rude and impatient with us. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay and the breakfast is incredibly good. Extremely convenient to Paddington station.

I stay here when in London for short business trips. Very convenient location near Paddington and the tube. Rooms are small but clean. The bathroom is a bit of a squeeze. Fine for a short trip. The staff are friendly and helpful.
