Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Owner cancelled reservation at last moment!

This owner cancelled our reservation about an hour before we were supposed to start our vacation in London. He came up with a lame excuse about the door lock not working properly. We were left in downtown London on a busy Friday night having to find accomadations during a Wimbleton weekend. I looked on VRBO the next morning and his apartment was booked for the next two weeks. I think he cancelled our reservation so he could rent his apartment out at a higher rate for a desperate traveler needing to find accomodations at the last minute. VRBO did next to nothing to find us suitable accomodations for our 4 night stay in London. We were left on our own. Horrible experience!!!!!!!!!!
