Summary:
A spacious apartment nestled in a quiet Marylebone Mews, just off Marylebone High Street, and only a stone's throw from Oxford Street, Harley Street and Regent's Street. As with all our apartments, this comes fully equipped from top to bottom; ready for you to start "living" from the moment you set foot inside.

The Space:
This truly spacious apartment offers a large living room with dining area, a separate, bright kitchen with skylight, a master bedroom with king size bed and a family bathroom.

The living room area houses a corner sofa, marble coffee table, dining table and 4k HDTV complete with Netflix, Prime and other essential streaming services.

Additional features include skylights in the kitchen and living room for better natural light, and plenty of wardrobe space in the bedroom.

Marylebone is one of the most desirable areas of London, which has been described as having an “urban village feel full of character, quality and distinctiveness.”

With so many upmarket designers and eateries along Marylebone High Street, you're spoilt for choice. Oxford Street and Bond Street are also full of international retailers with some of the best shopping, wining and dining available in London.

Some of the most popular include the intagram favourite, Sketch, on Conduit Street; Hakkasan, a Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant on Bruton Street; and Hush Mayfair, a stylish outdoor dining space on Lancashire Court.

It’s one of the best looking locations in London. With its Georgian-grid style layout and beautifully preserved architecture, it’s definitely a place you’d love to live in. There are also a few tranquil green spots nearby like Paddington Street, Brown Hart and Cavendish Square Gardens.

Getting Around:
You're spoilt for choice really. Bond Street Underground Station (Jubilee and Central Lines) is less than a 5 minute walk away whilst Oxford Street (also just a few minutes away by foot, is the best connected street in London for buses.

This apartment is on the 4th floor, accessible via stairs only, this is a single level apartment.

Pets are permitted at this property on request for an additional fee of £60 per week. Housekeeping will take place weekly for guests staying 14 nights or longer. Additional cleaning and/or linen changes on request are available for a fee. Please speak to the team to arrange this.
