Second time staying here and we’re very happy with the hotel for the layout of its 2 bedroom suite and the price. Free breakfast and early check in were nice extras!

I like the staff communication, especially a lady from Afghanistan assisting with guest having their breakfast. The rooms are also of reasonable sizes, neat and provide good ambience. Though the parking is underground, but it provides good ample parking space in a downtown area.

Hated having to pay the $31/day charge for Parking in an underground lot that is very tight to manoeuvre and was often full when we got back to the hotel in the evening. Other than that staff were good. Room was clean and very spacious.

The staff and the breakfast were nice. The vegetables were overcooked. The housekeeping schedule was disappointing because the person showed up around 5pm on Sept 20 and said they would be back on Sept 21 but they never came back. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner were too high up for short people.

My parents are tough critics and usually don’t like staying outside their house. But the hotel staff was over the top accommodating and my parents loved every moment of the stay!
