Also, a short 10-minute walk to Holloway Road Tube, this bright and quiet apartment sits in a stylish new building with access to a large, peaceful community garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped, both bedrooms have blackout blinds, underfloor heating is provided, and a washer/tumble dryer is included.
To make your stay even smoother, I provide complimentary tea, coffee, and a starter pack of toiletries, plus essentials like washing-up supplies, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. If you need extras, the nearest convenience store is just a 2-minute walk away.

If you’d like to check in earlier or check out later, let us know in advance. It’s subject to availability and may incur a fee.
🚨 Please be on time when checking out. Our cleaners arrive at 11 AM sharp and have a busy schedule. A £20 charge per half-hour applies for unauthorised late check-outs or early check-ins.
Keys:
We’ll send specific check-out instructions the day before you leave to ensure keys are returned to the key safe. Not following these instructions may delay cleaning and disrupt our schedule, so a £50 fee will apply.
If you forget your keys and need a call-out, there’s a £50 charge.
Lost keys require a £100 fee to cover replacement locks. Please take care of them!
Parking:
There is no on-site parking, but there are plenty of affordable options nearby:
RingGo – For pay-as-you-go on-street parking.
Parkopedia & Just Park – Local residents often rent out spaces at lower rates than car parks.

Family Facilities:
A travel cot is available to rent for £40, which includes drop-off and pick-up. Bedding is not provided, so please bring your own.
If you’d also like a high chair, the total cost is £45.
Smoking:
🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £200 fine will be applied.
Additional Guests & Noise:
Extra guests are not allowed without prior permission.
Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited.
As this is a residential area, we ask for your consideration—any violation will result in a £250 fine.
Lost Property:
Please double-check before you leave! If anything is left behind, a third-party service handles lost property. The minimum charge is £25 per item, plus shipping costs.
Linen Policy for Extended Stays
For stays over 21 nights, our professional linen service requires a refresh every 21 days.
You can choose between:
Fresh Linen Supply – A new set of bed linen and towels delivered, with used ones collected.
Linen Rehire – Keep the current set, which will be collected for cleaning after departure.
Both options are available at the same cost.
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
