The hotel was good value for money and comfortable for a famiky of four. Staff were all very helpful and nice. The building could do with a paint and tidy up but old buildings are exoensive to upkeep. The room was very nice and a good location

Great location! Place is small but nice. Got a room on the top floor and the view is great. Plenty of good restaurants and pubs nearby. Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station are a 10 minute walk. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. When you step out of the front door you immediately know that you are in London. No elevator but I was traveling with just one small bag.

First time in London, I should have done a better research, the fact that there is not elevators is a big con, coming big heavy luggage and had to go up small tiny stairs was not easy.

For a double room, there wasn't enough room to swing a cat, it was tiny. It was a single room at best, definitely not a double. Room was cold and damp, bathroom was wet everywhere, walls, floor etc., with no way of it drying out as the heating didn't work,.this meant the room felt and smelt damp. Breakfast was stale pastries, cold toast and weird tasting coffee... I have complained to the hotel, via Expedia, but no response yet. I appreciate this is London, and places to stay are expensive, but for the price we paid, I would expect to have clean, dry and comfortable facilities at the very least. Way below expected standards.

We stayed at the George inn as we were attending the theatre nearby. The room was very small. Very dark. Inadequate lighting. We paid extra for breakfast. For what we paid it was awful. The breakfast was terrible. Cold toast left on the counter. Stale pastries. The cereal looked like it had been in the containers for a long time. The variety was very poor. Our bedroom was next to the breakfast room. On leaving we saw staff putting bathroom towels over all the pastries. I think that’s absolutely disgusting. Infection control no no! We definitely will not be staying again. And will not recommend this hotel at all.

This is a small hotel, conveniently located; close to Victoria Train Station, which is one of the main stops. Many great dining options close to the hotel. The property is a narrow building, does not have elevator service, and there are many stairs to walk up. Our room and bathroom were really tight. In the room, there was hardly no space to walk around the bed. We were out most of the day, so we just came to the room to sleep. We made it work, but would not be my 1st choice next time.

The room was very tiny, I barely got the suitcase in the door due to the bed kind of blocking the entrance and could barely move around in the space. Although it was clean sheets, the cleaning was surface only. The shower worked ok, although there were some loose tiles on the floor. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors. I was luckily on the ground floor and did not have to drag my suitcase up 8 flights to the 4th floor (each floor is divided in 2) as my colleague had to. The entrance area is highly perfumed so not good for allergic people. I did not eat breakfast there but there are good cafes nearby. The people working there are nice and polite, so no complaints about them. However I do not see myself going back.

The photograph was exactly what the property looked like but in essence it was one of those wide angle views it was probably the smallest apartment I've ever been in you couldn't move around the first apartment the floors were silicon wet and that was because the air conditioner had just been turned on and it was leaking all over the floor we were unaware that when it meant second floor that you had to walk up with your luggage seven flights of steps they had first floor apartments so we had to move to the third floor which was another three flights of steps that apartment was acceptable a bit also just as small except for that the apartment was okay Christopher Cartwright

Ideal place for an overnight stay, close to Victoria coach and train stations. Stunning views from the top floor! Small but clean and comfortable room, staff is welcoming and helpful. Would stay here again!

Pro: Room is serviced daily The toilet is spotless. Good heating system Near the station, shops, pubs. Amazing customer service Cons: Small room space Too many steps Over all 3/5 it could have been 4/5 if they get our television fixed on our 3Night-stay. Still, very good place and budget friendly.
