Host was a no show

After contacting the host 3 times, we arrived at the property and could not get in. We presumed the 24 hr concierge would have our details. No, we rang VRBO and we were on the call for 2hours sat outside the property till 6pm. We had to find alternative accommodation when London had the Marathon & 2 Football Semi Finals on, worst experience ever .
