Tucked away in the heart of Hampstead, this charming and characterful home is the perfect London base for guests seeking comfort, space and style. Spread over three floors with warm, eclectic interiors and flooded with natural light, the flat blends retro charm with modern touches, offering an ideal retreat after days spent exploring the city or wandering the nearby Heath.
Inside, the property comfortably sleeps up to six guests, with two bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the office. There are three bathrooms in total – two featuring walk-in showers and one with a bathtub – providing flexibility for families or groups. The home is laid out across three floors, giving everyone room to relax in their own space.
The two separate living areas offer plenty of space to unwind, whether you're curling up with a book or catching up with friends over a glass of wine. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to prepare meals at home, while the dedicated dining area makes mealtimes a sociable affair. A private terrace adds to the appeal, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening drink in the fresh air.

Nestled in The Heath, one of north London’s most desirable neighbourhoods, the area offers more than just leafy views. Just a hundread yards away is Hampstead Heath itself – a vast, iconic parkland full of character and wild beauty. Here you can spend hours wandering its woodland trails, or take a refreshing dip in one of its famous outdoor swimming ponds – there are separate options for men, women, and mixed bathing. The Lido, while charmingly unpolished in appearance, offers a more structured swimming option and is especially popular in warmer months. For families, the paddling pool and play area near the nearby bridge crossing is a welcome treat. The Heath is a lifestyle, not just a park – locals gather year-round to picnic, swim, run, or simply take in the city views from Parliament Hill.
The area is rich in local spots to eat, drink and relax. For Indian cuisine, Paradise on South End Green Road is a firm favourite, serving some of the best dishes in the area. The nearest London Underground station is Belsize Park, just a short ten-minute walk away, offering Northern Line access to the heart of the city. Hampstead Station, also on the Northern Line, is around fifteen minutes away on foot—just be prepared for a bit of an uphill stroll! Swiss Cottage Station is slightly further but offers speedy connections on the Jubilee Line, linking you to key destinations such as Green Park, Westminster, and the O2 Arena. We suggest 'Hampstead Heath Overground Station' which is even closer than the local Tube stations provides quick and scenic access to Kew Gardens, Richmond, Dalston, Hackney, and Stratford. Bus services from this area are excellent once you get the hang of the connections. The 24 bus is a real gem, running directly from the nearby South End Green bus station through Camden, Theatreland, Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square and right to Victoria—perfect for trips to the theatre or sightseeing. You can hop on just a stone’s throw from the flat near the corner of Cressy Road and Agincourt Road. For an alternative route, the 168 also serves South End Green, making your return from central London easy and efficient. Whether you're heading to the museums, a West End show, or Buckingham Palace, the transport links here provide convenience, comfort, and real London charm.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
