Just "fine." Relatively comfortable inside. Water pressure in shower very poor. Property is not being maintained outside. Inside it is fine on the surface, but don't look closely. Lots of space for bedrooms; limited space in living area. Choose easy-access overground or a longer walk to the tube. Pedestrianized Francis Road has a couple sweet dining choices and walk further to more variety. Lots of food deliveries, we noted. Also, neighbors downstairs talk loudly into the night, so bring ear plugs.
