Sigo esperando mi reembolso! A pesar de que intenté comunicarme con la propiedad un día antes, despues ese día temprano, después aterricé en Londres, llegué a la propiedad 2 horas antes del check in, estuve llamando desde fuera de la propiedad. Pude comunicarme con Expedia hasta las 7pm y me dijeron que ya era tarde para hacer el check in... Pase la noche en la calle en el frío y lluvia de Londres con mi equipaje, mi esposa y mis 3 pequeños hijos. Todo el dia siguiente (20 de abril) estuvimos fuera de la propiedad haciendo llamadas a expedia, con tarifas de llamadas que me costaron muchisimo dinero. Nunca pudimos conseguir que alguien nos llevara las llaves. En 2 ocaciones Expedia se pudo comunicar con la propiedad y decían que ya nos llevarían las llaves y nunca nadie llegó. Perdí 2 días de mis vacaciones queriendo entrar a mi reserva ya pagada! De verdad estoy muy molesto con la pesima experiencia! Tuve que buscar un hotel que me quedó muy lejos (tambien por expedia) y me devengó muchos gastos de transporte, pues no había hoteles disponibles cercanos... EXIJO MI REEMBOLSO!!!
