Property was great and staff were super helpful and friendly. The only thing we weren’t particular fond of is the beds are really hard, kind of like sleeping on a plank of wood. However, that is personal preference as some people prefer a hard bed, and we just simply prefer softer.

Everything worked out great. Clean, spacious and a goog location. One minor gripe, please put up more hooks in the bathroom and on the walls for hanging towels and jackets respectively.

Great hotel! Conveniently located, quiet lovely neighborhood close to good pubs and restaurants, close to Victoria Station and London Underground and Bus, historic Edwardian building. Lovely courtyard, very accommodating 24 hr staff, bar, restaurant, gym, great hotel room with king size bed, elevator. Highly recommend the hotel!

Lovely little gem!

Lovely hotel in a quiet location with great views. In fact it was amazing how quiet it was given that’s its walking distance from Victoria Station. Would definitely consider staying again in the near future
