Unique underground hotel that's priced reasonably. Great location. The room was very clean and relatively quiet, you do hear tube noises but it's acceptable. There were flies that came out of nowhere, we suspect they came into the room via the vents. Staff are friendly, we would reuse again for sure.

Curious underground hotel. Tiny rooms but with everything you need for a night (maybe 2) (as long as you’re just using it for sleeping). A very good price for central London and so close to Tottenham Court Road tube. Lounge area is nice.

Hotel room was nice and very clean (new towels every day and trash emptied), staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The one negative (that’s kinda hard to ignore) is that the rooms are RIGHT next to the Tube, so the room shakes & is pretty noisy every 1,5 minutes during the day and every 10 minutes the entire night, it is pretty hard to sleep. But the room (almost) makes up for it by having extremely comfortable beds, great ventilation and a nice aesthetic. Location COULD NOT be better, extremely close to everything, very central so convenient!! So if you’re a fast and heavy sleeper who wants to stay in the middle of everything, this room is definitely for you! (Bathroom was hilarious though, nice shower haha) -
Comfy beds, very pretty and chill, but super shaky from the Tube
Bathroom is just a glass wall, no noise protection or anything lol

The room I got looked nothing like the pictures. The lighting in the room was poor. The shower had black mould abs the floor needed a good clean. Plus there was a funny smell in the corridors and the room. I had the AC on the coldest it would go and still found it too warm at night. The room is very basic and so small I could not leave my suitcase open or I would t be able to get out. So I had to pack it up every day and stand it. Then when you check out, they charge you €15 to leave your bag. I would suggest a hotel is better.

Too deep underground for comfort! My bed was really uncomfortable too and realised in the morning that the mattress was upside-down… I.e. someone had fully made the bed with the bottom of the mattress facing up and the mattress topper underneath.

Good location, but extremely basic room

Great location, close to Tottenham Court Road underground station. The room was extremely basic. There was only a bed and there was no desk, chair, wardrobe or bedside table. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and there wasn't a hair dryer in the room. I expected much more from a hotel in central London. You could hear the underground, but that didn't cause any problems during the night. As the name suggests, this is an underground hotel, so there are no windows.

Not great but ok for one night

Not the best experience. The check in was ok if clunky, the room was acceptable but not as good as others in the brand. Ultimately the main let down was the sound proofing. From my room I could hear and feel the Northern Line passing by regularly and then in the morning could clearly hear a washing machine above my room. Not the best night sleep but ok for one night

we were checked into the wrong room. Then had to move as we were going to bed. We were never given a new room key after the move. The reception staff kept saying we would receive it but never did.

They dont change towels or clean after you. The ahower floors get super wet because theres no step out of the shower or shower door ans stays like that brcause they never came to mop the floors or whatsoever.

Please ask for photos. I changed rooms 3 times. Upon arrival I knew the room Expedia booked for me was incorrect. I moved the next day to a room that had toilet smell problems. I moved a 3rd time and while the location in the hotel was not the best, I made it work. Great staff, mostly. Not recommended for business travelers. Also a local friend told me it was a hook up hotel. I didn’t experience that.

Too noisy for me

Review: Unique Experience, but Noisy I recently stayed at this underground hotel, drawn in by its unique concept and excellent location. It’s conveniently situated with great access to public transport and local attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. However, one major downside was the noise. Being underground and so close to the tube lines, I could hear the rumbling of trains throughout the night. If you’re a light sleeper, this could be a real issue. The hotel does provide earplugs, but they only help so much. The rooms were clean and well-designed, making good use of the underground space, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. If you’re after a quirky experience and don’t mind a bit of noise, it might be worth considering. But if you value a quiet night’s sleep, you may want to look elsewhere.
