"The location is amazing. The proximity to the thames crossing and transportation was great. The staff was the worst I have ever encountered. Rude. Lies. Unlike other hostel properties, they have no kitchen, or way to fill a water bottle, which would be OK, if they didn't want to charge high end prices ..."

"The room was small but very clean. The shower was great. The staff at check in were wonderfully helpful. We especially loved the friendly and helpful doormen. My only complaint was a very rude front desk clerk who rudely told me “we don’t post” when I asked her if she could please put our post card ..."
