All the staff were so attentive, good choice for breakfast, the location was central to shops and bars, we had a late flight out they kept our luggage and offered us to come back and make ourselves coffee and tea.

The welcome from Seamus and his team was 5*. Very friendly and welcoming. The reception and breakfast areas are clean, attractive and interesting with lots of music memorabilia on the walls. Nice! The room we had, however, was not up to the standard of the pictures on the internet. It was clean but very basic and the bathroom desperately needs complete refitting. The bed was comfortable and we had a good sleep. Breakfast was good. Freshly cooked with everything you could possibly want and the service was excellent . The B&B is situated within easy walking distance of the river and lots of bars and restaurants. Over all Abbey B&B is good value for money.

Was perfect for my stay quick overnight. The shower was a bit confusing (maybe directions), bed was comfortabe, sheets where nice, towels where OK. The tow ladies in the morning very nice excellent french press coffee and cooked to order breakfast. Check-in was good and fast. Parking is a bit rough.

The room was great, clean and everything we needed for a great stay. The B&B is a brilliant experience, loved the artwork in the breakfast room and comfortable lounge areas and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were friendly and so helpful and we had lovely breakfasts. Great location too. Thank you for a fantastic stay in the beautiful city of Derry.

Room spotless and cosy, whole place is very interesting with lots of memorabilia. Cooked breakfast is one of the best I've ever had, and Seamus the owner is super friendly. Grindhouse Coffee cart on grounds is also brilliant!
