"Gil was a great host, responsive, gave great feedback and let us checkin early after a long drive from Maryland.There were a few things that werent so great. The house was on a main road at a major intersection and not set back, so traffic with cars, trucks and motorcycles at all hours. The AC was window units that barely covered the noise. It is close to the mall and Tuscan Village but couldnt walk there, no sidewalks on main busy roads.If you like hard firm beds, you are set but they were...

"The pics show a pool. No pool! It was obvious that there rehabbing. Also hot tub has leak and floor was soaked, and had soft spots which means it’s been leaking for some time. Broken picnic table, plastic chairs, really not set up for enjoying outdoor New England fall. Fire pit, but no wood! We drove up from Florida to bury my brother and my mom and we’re going to have a cookout after. When we saw that this place was not going to work, we moved it to my daughter’s place in Dracut. "Our stay was good overall. The updated kitchens and bathrooms were nice. The place is comfortable on the 2 levels that we used. The bedrooms are good too, but there is almost no closet space! We were there for a wedding so we had dressy clothes!The kitchen utensils etc were good, but we were accused of breaking a coffee pot that we DID NOT break! Also there was no wine opener.The outside is not so good. One front stair railing is very loose and therefore risky.The garage door is broken and ugly....
