Great place to stay

The hotel is great! Everything was in great condition! The staff was outstanding! The bellman took care of our luggage quickly and they were able to let us check in early, very nice after 15 hours traveling. The restaurant food and service was outstanding. We really enjoyed the Chateaubriand and linguado.

Excelente hospedagem em Londrina!

Tive uma experiência maravilhosa neste hotel em Londrina. A localização é excelente e facilita muito o deslocamento pela cidade. O prédio é antigo, mas muito confortável, limpo e bem organizado. O destaque vai para o atendimento: todos os funcionários foram extremamente atenciosos e gentis — desde a recepção, o pessoal do café da manhã, a colaboradora da governança que cuidou do nosso quarto com todo carinho, até os mensageiros que sempre nos atenderam com eficiência e simpatia. Tudo foi excelente! Recomendo de olhos fechados.

Atendimento e limpeza excepcionais, porém o quarto dessa vez era um pouco mais antigo e o chuveiro não tinha água quente constante, precisa de manutenção com certa urgência. Fora isso, tudo muito bom e organizado.

Hotel antigo, porem limpinho, colchao duro, solicitei a troca de quarto, funcionario Bruno suoer solicito assim como mensageiro que não lembro nome, prontamente disponibilizaram outro quarto, o colchao neste quarto era um pouco melhor, mas nada que possa falar que seja maravilhoso como outros que ja fiquei na cidade. Nao recomendo o restaurabte pedi um parmegiana de frango estava horrivel, parece q cozinharam o frango e depois empanaram,nao recomendo.

Hotel antigo, visivelmente deteriorado, não condiz com os demais da rede Bourbon. Teto do banheiro todo mofado, instalações precárias. Assim que entramos no quarto, ao levantarmos os travesseiros havia uma barata imensa, foi um horror, não conseguimos continuar ali, minha esposa juntou toda bagagem rapidamente e fomos para a recepção, relatamos o ocorrido, mostramos o filme e fotos que fizemos da barata andando nos travesseiros, e o recepcionista Celso,pareceu não muito surpreso. Fizemos checkout imediatamente e fomos em busca de outro hotel na cidade, muito ruim pois foi um dia inteiro de viagem, chegamos na cidade por volta das 20 horas, cansados, um transtorno. Nunca tivemos experiência semelhante a esta.
