"Ok place to stay if you need to. Our bathroom tub was not clean (dirt in the tub area), the pull out couch cushions had stains, and the pull out bed was horrible…sleeping on a hard sofa was better. Location is good, 15-20 min walk to Riverwalk area. Breakfast options were good, but there were so many people-food kept running out."

"I've stayed here several times in 2026 due to it working really well for my quarterly work travel. It's been quiet, the staff helpful, and it has kitchen for food limitations. This last time? I had a very noisy group next to me after midnight. When I reached out to the woman at the front desk, things went poorly. She told me she couldn't do anything, that the other guests paid for a room too?? and that she was not allowed to contact guests in their room. Seriously? but then she revealed...
