"Room was clean and spacious. There were enough chairs inside the room. Staff helpful and efficient. The kitchen is really nice because we can buy pre-maid food from market. It's expensive to dine out in Manhattan. Highly recommend this hotel for family with young children. Our only complaint is the mattresses, we found them too soft for our old backs."

"The best bargain in NYC. The perfect place for a single traveling solo mentee. The room was comfortable. It had everything one needs. Outstanding, congenial, and helpful staff. Loved the roof deck. The location is great. TJ’s 15 minute walk. I had a corner room on the top floor (14th) but really the 13th. Oh the superstition. Nice views, plenty of light, not too noisy. Across from the hotel is a synagogue with a beautiful park, sitting area and a WATERFALL! I’d stay there again."
