"This hotel is very well located. You can walk from Central Park to Times Square. It is close to subway stops. While very elegant, it could use some updating in the common areas and rooms. The rooms are quite spacious but could use some redecorating. The staff was friendly and helpful. "

"Luggage storage was an easy process. Room was fairly clean besides a few spots in the corner of the showers and some usual wear and tear around the door and on the TV remote. Didn't get housekeeping while I was there but I was in the room when they called me in the early afternoon to ask if I needed anything. I did get upgraded to a queen room which was still fairly small. Glad I got upgraded because I don't know if I could have handled the smaller room that I booked. Overall a solid 4.5 out of 5 stars"
