"The after 8:00pm check-in process was very efficient and quick once I saw the sign saying to ring the doorbell. The staff person was very gracious as well. We were pleasantly surprised at the modern amenities, but disappointed at the lack of breakfast. We were extremely happy to see the two does feeding just outside our window!"

"Finishing quality is very low and while they are clearly maintaining the property. Just ok, seems to be good enough for them. Restaurant on site was horrible. But the beach view from the room was amazing. Loved the jetted tub in the room and the spa servwas great. There's nothing really wrong with the property but for the price, i will definitely be staying elsewhere next time. Most places at this price are well appointed and finished very nicely to give a luxury feel. This is more like a budget hotel with a few extra amenities charging similar price to very high end competitors."

"This was a very lovely location and condo. The only thing we ran into was the listing with no gas bbq - we had brought our own which was not allowed but we could not find anything that stated that. "Great place to stay in Long Beach. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Despite staffing shortages, the restaurant staff were amazing. The hotel offers a ton of free services and well priced activities. Very close to Main Street and a short drive to Astoria. I would recommend and stay here again."
