"Charged for drinks we did not have (my fault for not checking the itemised bill - easily rectified), large cobwebs in the bathroom and shower tray desperately needs resealing to avoid further water damage. Room 7"

"While one could nit-pick (receptionist seemed surprised to have to explain the set-up to us, we'd never been before, broken light in the bedroom flashing and clicking, fan in the bathroom not working, whole place pretty shabby and tired-looking) nonetheless the bed was comfortable, the black-out was good, there was no road noise and the shower was smashing. Overall, amazing for the price. I'd go back."

"Just stayed the one night, Wayne was very helpful on arrival. Great to have secure off road parking. The room was well equipped with all you would ever need. I am in the area again soon and will try and book a room here again."

"Staff were great and helpful. I used the pool and sauna, both clean and good standard. Proper 3 foot single beds in twin room, not half of a double bed. All you can eat breakfast had cooked English, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, deli meats and cheese, croissant type stuff, fruit juices, tea and coffee etc. The place is quite large with many conference rooms, restaurant, bar, outside courtyard, leisure centre also included steam room and gym equipment. Situated among residential housing there are no great views but altogether very good place to stay for access to this south west midlands area. Only minus was chips and flaking paint on the room’s bathroom door. "
