"Great hotel with super nice staff. The view from the room and reception area is amazing. Nice breakfast with plenty to choose from. Room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel is in a nice quiet area in Tam Coc. Best part was the staff. So friendly and so so helpful! Ms. Lin was so sweet and so kind. She made sure our stay was as comfortable and satisfying as could be. I would easily stay here again! And the cat cafe just down the road was a wonderful surprise!"

"Lily is the loveliest host we have ever had in any accommodation - not just in Vietnam, but anywhere we have been. Her breakfast each day was delicious. She is so helpful, allowed us to use her bikes to travel around. Laundry service was great. We throughly enjoyed use of a smart TV in our room. The room itself was so clean with comfortable beds. 100% would recommend this place to stay, and we are really sad to leave as we know we will never receive hospitality as good as hers."
