"Stop looking for the perfect place to stay in Great Exuma - you just found it! This is a quiet, semi-private location right on the bay, with an incredible view of Moriah Harbour Cay, and in close proximity to Man-O-War Cay. We knew we picked the right spot the moment we pulled up the driveway and saw the incredible view! The villa was immaculately clean and very welcoming. The moment you step onto the back patio you are in paradise. A short walk through the yard and you arrive at a gazebo and sundeck right at the water's edge. This provides incredible photo opportunities, direct access to the water via a ladder right off the deck, and the most stunning crystal blue water you’ve ever seen. One of the locals said it looks like Windex – and they are exactly right! Right off the deck, we saw a shark, a turtle and sting rays. We also saw a few dolphins in the bay from the back yard. The provided kayaks make it easy to explore the sandbar right across the channel. We even hiked over the dune to Moriah Harbor (bring closed toed shoes). The entire space is relaxing and provides an environment for you to unwind or be as active as you want. We kept saying how incredibly gorgeous the view was and that our pictures don't do it justice! On our next trip to Exuma, we will definitely be staying here again.Charlie was the best host: responsive, helpful, has rental cars, and a 15-foot Boston Whaler available for rent. We took the boat for two days and it was perfect for our family of 4. "

"Staff was wonderful. Grounds are well-maintained and clean. Rental cars were available on-site. For those who are new to snorkeling or have kids, there's a good spot at the gut at the northern end of the property if people aren't fishing there. Snorkeling's also good at the Columbus monument's beach, a short drive north of CSMBR."

"Mostly like to say it was not a place for kids, so no kids. I love kids, but it was nice to have only adults around. We have no complaints whatsoever about our stay. Staff was courteous, friendly and out of their way helpful. Ask for Mary!!!!!! "

"This property wasn’t even on my radar as my searches only include homes with private pools. But since FB spies on my searches, this place popped up in my feed and it looked like everything we were looking for, just without the pool. So, I went ahead and booked it, and it was a great decision! The home itself is wonderful and very functional. The a/c works great which is a must for me and the home had everything we needed for our stay. The view from inside and from the upper deck is breath taking. But the little beach and the water......I love the ocean but it's a little intimidating for me normally. The depth of the water and the clear blue color here was perfect for someone like me. We made great use of the kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. We saw a sting ray, a few fish and saved a starfish that had gotten up too high on the beach. The lounging area on the beach is also perfect for tanning all day long if that's your thing. We enjoyed the relaxation and space here so much that the only place we went was to the grocery store. That's really unusual for us as we like to explore, but we just didn't feel the need to go find other beautiful places while we were sitting at a beautiful place already. The roads are pretty rough, but we wasted money on a jeep since we didn't use it much and a car will make it just fine with some skilled driving, so keep that in mind when pricing rentals. "Bellavista was perfect for us, all the amenities you can think of especially chairs and umbrella. The beach in front is neat in its on right plus sites over at stocking but the hidden gem is a 5-10 walk to your left. Unbelievable beach with calm beautiful blue water that is waist deep as far as you can go! Owners assessable anytime on the what’s up app as well. They even have a 2nd unit Bellavista Breeze 3 doors down. Will definitely seek another week with them the next time we try. "
