"The trip was amazing but getting back to the hotel there the elevators were not working because a fire alarm went off and I had to walk to the 6th floor and in the morning I had to do it again. Elevators were still down. Not fun when you have 2 toddlers with you. "

"It isn’t fancy, but it is clean and has everything you need. We were only there for about 7 hours to sleep, but stafff was nice and helpful, rooms were clean. Even has breakfast that smelled delicious and coffee that did the job ! The cost was about $100 less than surrounding hotels. "

"The hotel was right by the subway entrance. If you plan on going to Manhattan for the majority of your trips, it's only 20 minutes subway and a 2-5 min walk to the nearest entrance. Room was spacious, but kind of ?? that you could tell the ceiling was sloppily fixed from leakage. Also kind of annoying that they start you off with only two towels and a like 2 bottles of shampoo/etc despite our room having a queen king bed which obviously meant there were at least 4 people staying.... staff...
