"I showed up at the hotel after my flight and Uber ride to find it closed! It was being turned into a shelter! No one at Expedia or Best Western thought to advise people who had booked it previously?! I was alone in NYC with nowhere to go, and it was impossible to reach a person when I tried calling. A very scary and unfortunate experience."

"Location was great, hotel has it charms. Unfortunately they have some issues. Beds very poor conditions, sunk in areas, they most be very old or cheap. Toilet leaks, Shower completely clogged we had to request plunger so that my husband can try to fix it. shower curtains smell bad. and had securities issues local man gather in front entrance talking load and staying long hours there, didn't like that at all."
