"Staff was pleasent, and tried to be helpful, but my card was charged repetedly back to back several times prior to arrival. When we did arrive we found we were not staying in a cozy cottage but an out dated dumpy old trailer that had water damage, spongy floors and did not have the kitchenette they promised. As well as of I had been staying with children tbey would havw had easy access to the electrical panel as the plastic gaurd they had placed over had been broken and was left hanging by one...
