"The hotel room had bedbugs. My son got 4 bites in a line. The room was so cold, there was no heat. No blankets, only sheets. The lights stopped working and some of the outlets stopped working too. The fast food places are also horrible and so is the parking. The only nice thing about it was the water park, but I would never stay there again!"

The room itself needs an update with the carpet is very soiled and the room faces the highway and the roar of trucks is noticeable. Now the oddest thing, the internet did not come in in the majority of the room, if I stayed near the front door of the room it would connect, I mentioned it to the front desk but no solution was provided. "Breakfast buffet was very mid. We got there at 8:30 as soon as they opened and our food was still cold! The bacon was cold and hard, so were the potatoes which were not fully cooked. Our eggs were runny and also not cooked. My biscuits were hard and cold. I was not happy about that but the servers were nice and they are not to blame for that. The room was awesome and definitely cleaned. Which I liked. I would definitely come back but probably never eat on-site again. "

"There was something in the bathtub, also the bathtub floor was damaged. The sink area needs to be replaced, and there was a moldy residue around the brim. Lastly, I was greeted by ants. I asked for a new room which the attendant promptly changed. The new room had a cracked bathtub floor, and I used a wash cloth to wipe the brim of the sink, and when I began to rinse, black particles kept appearing -the more I rinsed, the more particles appeared."
