Very peaceful and cozy, the owner was responsive to our questions about grocery stores and other things that came up during the stay. Kids loved the arcade cabinets in the basement. "Memorial Weekend fun at Bryce Canyon, Cascade Falls, Ice Cave, Mammoth Caves, Local Trails— we definitely didn’t have enough time to explore all we wanted to! Aunt Sue’s Challet for dinner was homemade goodness. Mountain Berry pie - delish! This property was the perfect hub for our adventures! We all slept very comfortably with two adult couples & our teenage kids. We liked the layout as we all had our own space, yet, could be together. Definitely recommend!"

"This property was amazing and a great base for Zion and Bryce NPs. We stayed at 2 other properties before this one on our trip through Arizona and this was definitely the family favorite. We enjoyed the spaciousness, the ping pong table, the firepit and the large family and kitchen area. All the kitchen extras and the supply of basics was much appreciated as well. We used the cooler from the garage daily. Highly recommend to families."

Our family had a wonderful time in Utah, visited Bryce Canyon, Zion and a few hidden places in Duck Creek as well as Kanab. Looking forward to visiting again in the future. "It was like coming home to your mother's house. The ambience was welcoming and comfy. There was a place to sit and look out over the yard complete with food, microwave, refrigerator, games and books to amuse oneself. The morning breakfast was spectacular. Yummy waffles, fruit and granola. The hostesses were gracious and very accommodating. Would go back with intent to stay longer. "
