"Staff was super nice and up front. Power was out when we first got there and was back on when we got back from our event. There was no hot water the entire time and was said to be getting fixed after we were checking out. Our room and bedding was not as clean as it should have been."

"Stayed there because of the pool. Pool was durty and freezing so my kids couldnt even swim. And there was no clean towels in the pool area. Our room was clean and the staff was very nice and friendly. I will never stay there again because of the pool area was we had to hang out in our room."

"Staff was rude, walking in looked nice but smelled terrible. Our room was unacceptable, sticky spill on the floor, walls looked like they were dripping with filth, tub was disgusting- needs replaced. The bathroom door had tape on the handle!!! Toilet was dirty on the inside and out and the towels were stained a grey/brown color. Let’s just say no one showered there for our stay. I was exhausted after we checked in and just waned to sleep- that was hard because the damn air conditioner was so loud it kept us up most of the night! We were up and out the door by 7am the next day. Extremely disappointed with this hotel. "

"Beautiful place to stay- had a lovely dinner after we checked and then took a long walk around the neighborhood before bed. Property was stunning and the town was safe and so many beautiful homes and businesses! "

"Room was lovely. Very little staff. Pool closed in am for deep clean. No hot tub for the last 3 years. Wood missing on several side railings including ours. The grounds were beautiful and decorated for Easter with many lights. So much potential here but need maintenance to improve. It was a Sunday night so maybe that is part of the issue. "

"Room 117 is next to exit door and every time somebody used the door it would slam shut and cause the wall (which the headboard was on) to shake. Bathroom was disgusting, was of hair in tub drain, floor needs cleaned. "
