I would like to give my special thanks to Helen who patiently helped me solve my issues and accommodated my requests. With utmost kindness, she continuously ensured that my 8-day stay at Portman was joyful. She also updated me about the fast-changing nearby shopping malls, restaurants, and boutiques. My room was constantly crystal clean with pink roses and everything was perfectly placed. Therefore, I will definitely stay at Portman again when I come back to Shanghai next time. "

Fitness center a bit small and crowded but staff clean used equipment almost in real time"

"near jingan temple, mrt station is just round the corner, very convenient, toilet and shower are separated, which is amazing, bed is also very comfortable, i fall asleep immediately each time my head touches the pillow housekeeping staff on the 10th floor is super friendly, and won’t take no for an answer even if you tell her some cleaning services are not required my room faces the police station so it’s a bit comforting(?) to know that the police station is so near"

"The view from the room( on the 26th floor ) is beautiful. Lounge is the place for relaxing while having a cup of tea with some foods and desserts. There are many selections for the breakfast buffet and foods are tasty. The hotel is in good location——shopping and transportation are walkable distance. Enjoying staying in garden hotel ."
