    The Sea Grape Inn is a boutique-style resort complex, located beachside, on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico, on Longboat Key. Sea Grape Inn offers 8 beautiful condos in a beachfront location and personalized service, with amenities that cater to an array of travelers. A perfect beach getaway!

    BEACH FRONT Condo- 1st Floor of Beach Front Property, 2 BDRMS/2 BATH, Sleeps 6: 1-King Bed, 2-Twin Beds & 1-Sofa Sleeper.

    Updated stunning BEACHFRONT condo, boasts the prime location at the complex - located on the 1st floor at the very front of the building with the closest direct beach access.

    The unit has recently been updated with all the modern conveniences of home, in a luxury vacation rental. The living room area has a flat screen TV, two sofas (1 sofa bed), and updated decor. An expansive screened-in lanai virtually doubles the living space of this condo, complete with a comfortable teak patio table and a seating area - with gorgeous front-row views of the ocean and breath-taking sunsets. The primary suite offers a king bed, flat screen TV, and updated private bathroom. The second bedroom suite has two twin beds, a flat screen TV and an updated private bathroom.

    The Following *Required Fees are included in the total cost.
    *Required $150 Departure Cleaning Fee.

    *Required Conservation Fee of $10 per night will be charged due to Longboat Key Ordinances to protect Turtles.

    *Required Damage/liability insurance fee $70 is mandatory and will cover any damages or missing items in the guest rental unit or property, as needed. This damage/liability enables The Sea Grape Inn to rent to guests without requiring a refundable damage deposit.

    CANCELLATION POLICY:
    ~Cancel 91 days or more prior to arrival date, guest will receive a full refund less a $250 admin fee.

    ~Cancel 31-90 days prior to arrival receive full reservation credit for a future booking valid for 1 year (less any booking fees). Original reservation pricing is not guaranteed. Guest will be required to pay the difference if there is a price increase for new booking dates.

    ~Cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival, or a N0-Show; No Refund Or Booking Credit will be provided.

Sea Grape is a lovely relaxed resort perfect for beach lovers. It is directly on the beach with lovely sunsets. Our unit was spacious and very clean. The only thing missing is beach towels? Wand a is a great help and a cheerful fountain of information. We would certainly return to this lovely place

Stayed in unit 1- first floor with direct gulf view. Photos very accurate. Extremely clean and well stocked. Lived on the screened in porch. Beach umbrellas and toys available for use. Very quiet area.

Condo was furnished very nice and kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels. Complex was very quiet, was not sure with unit being next to the pool, but was very private. Only suggestion would have been nice to have a couple of beach towels. Would definitely go back. Wanda was great to book the condo, she was very helpful and friendly. The complex had washers and dryers which was a nice bonus.

What a gem!

We just returned from two weeks at this lovely property. We worked the first week and vacationed the second week. The WiFi speed was fine for working. The property is well-maintained and perfectly situated on the beach which is big, beautiful and not that crowded. We loved being able to walk on the beach any time we wanted. The condo is nicely decorated, clean and well stocked. We spent a lot of time on the screened-in lanai. Wanda was great to work with and we hope to return again as do so many others.

This property is as advertised! Sea Grape #1 is ground floor level with the best view and location in the complex. The beach, which is wide and beautiful, is literally steps from the unit. The unit is fully renovated with a well equipped kitchen. It was the perfect property for a relaxing stay!
