Guest will enjoy this corner unit that was renovated in 2022 including all new flooring, new windows and doors and a new kitchen. The corner unit really opens the view and brings in the sunshine!

Beachplace is a wonderful community known for its beautifully manicured grounds and outstanding amenities (pool, hot tub, clubhouse with workout facilities, tennis, BBQ grill area, library and small children's pool).

Enjoy the lagoon and angled Gulf of Mexico views from this 5th floor corner unit. A combination living/dining room has sliding glass doors leading to the open lanai area. The master bedroom has a private access to the master bath. The master bedroom has a King bed and the guest bedroom has two twin beds.
