The staffs are welcoming and ensures that all guests have a great stay. While this is not a five-star hotel, it embraces a down-to-earth attitude with a cozy, homey vibe. Every day, they serve breakfast and dinner made with fresh local ingredients. There is also a ski and bike shop within the building, offering equipment rentals with just a quick visit—how convenient! Additionally, a ski shuttle stops at the hotel every hour, making it easy to reach the town center with a short bus ride. The hotel is also on the route of the "Cortina Express." If I return to Cortina, I will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to my friends."

"An amazing stay right on the town square in Ortisei. Beautiful historic property but service and food surpassed expectations - half board is highly recommended and excellent value. Service was top level at both reception and the restaurant (Sisi was our favourite!). Junior suite was large enough for family of 4 and housekeeping was excellent. Spa treatments (at their partner hotel) were also exceptional. The stay surpassed our exceptions and highly recommended."
