"When checked in the room we originally booked, we noticed it did not have AC working, but when we notified the front desk they upgraded and changed our room to one with AC. Could not ask for more attentive staff or a better result in +30 degrees weather in London. Would stay here again! Fantastic location and hotel restaurant excellent!"
