Getting the code for entry was a little stressful as it wasn’t available until an hour before our arrival. I understand that the code is changed with each stay but this could be predetermined not a random thing done as the maintenance person leaves, giving the code in the morning would be less stressful. Only about a 10 minute walk from train station and most places walkable but also lots of buses if you want to explore. "We were here June 2025. The location is right in town next to the concert hall, Perth Theater, and museum. There were plenty of restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, and shops within easy walking distance. While there, we attended a concert and went to the museum. We also drove across the river to the Kinnoull Hill Woodland Park. Within the apartment we were happy to be able to do our laundry with a washer, dryer, and drying rack. "Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+"

"A very nice comfortable flat as a base for joining our family celebrations nearby. The stairs would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues and this should probably be mentioned in the description. Having said that we managed fine with some extra care and the bedroom on the same floor as the bathroom was useful. We had everything we needed and Peter was great to communicate with. Would happily stay again."

"This is a small flat in a residential block that provides good, basic accommodations with a Tesco nearby. We were a family of 5 adults, in a transit van, touring Scotland. The on-street parking with a van was difficult due to all the local residents’ vehicles. The host was very responsive to communication and we had no issues that warranted action on their part. "
