"Lovely hotel, very clean and nice staff. Enjoyed our stay after a long journey however the WiFi was very poor, making it difficult to search things and keep the kids entertained. We also stayed in a dog friendly family room which was a bit small for 4 people and a dog."

"Our overall experience of this hotel was great. Highlights were: the amazing food we had for dinner. A great deal of effort in both flavours and presentation ensured that every course was delicious. The food looked high-end and the service was excellent. The dining room is also beautiful, tasteful and full of character. The hotel itself is lovely, charming and characterful, with lots of landscaped grounds for our wee dog to explore. Our room (in the Riverside building) was comfortable and well-appointed, and had a balcony with a view of the River Tay. The room (and this building) was a little tired, but the hotel made us aware of their intentions to renovate, so this can be forgiven, and is more than made up for by the fantastic attitude of the staff, who were friendly and attentive, and the incredible food. We will definitely visit again."

"I stayed here for one night with my husband and 2 children and had a lovely experience. The location was excellent and close to the golf course and huge play park which suited both my golf loving teenager and adventurous 8 year old. We had dinner in the bar during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. We spent an hour or so in the games room which also helped entertain the kids. We felt the hotel was basic however offered great value for money and would happily stay again in the future. A very enjoyable stay all round."

"Love this hotel and I have stayed many times however a few things I wish the hotel would improve on that I’ve noticed on each stay. The service at the bar and sports bar is very slow and not efficient. We would order more drinks but seems to take 30mins for a drinks order to arrive even when not busy. I think the hotel loses out because of this. Also there isn’t anywhere to dry hair in the rooms while sitting. The mirror at the vanity table is too high. Breakfast is amazing which lots of choice. However the staff are so lovely and the hotel is lovely space and very clean and I will stay again."
