"We are quite picky and this rental surpassed our expectations. First, it is in a wonderful location in Loveland, walking distance to tons of coffee shops and restaurants. The off-street parking spot was a huge benefit. The actual unit had so much character and the owner put so many personal touches into making our stay wonderful. Slippers, cloth shopping bags, tons of kitchen supplies (coffee, snacks, etc). The air hockey table and massage chair were a big perk and made our stay a bit more fun....

"Nice newly updated 1 BR on the river, but still very close to Estes. New appliances, granite countertops and fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable king bed, lovely outdoor covered patio on the river. Will be best enjoyed in moderate temperate as there is a fan but no AC. This can still work in summer unless there’s smoke. VRBO host Trent was very helpful! "
