This authentic Japanese-style home with views from every window will delight you as soon as you walk through the front door. You will feel refreshed by the pair of 2-story tall ficus trees, plenty of room to spread out, w/ easy access to Boulder less than 10 min. away.

The main level (no stairs)- one King bedroom, one Queen bedroom, and a private office that doubles as a Full bedroom.

Downstairs is a full walkout basement w/ private Queen bedroom, full tub/shower bath, kitchenette, and 55”TV.

Japanese style 3 (4) bedroom, 3 bathroom custom home on two levels. We allow up to (2) pets for $100 per pet per stay. We appreciate your help in keeping dogs off the furniture and beds.

Bright and sunny home with an open floor plan. Good sized kitchen including a spacious dining area with seating for six. Family room with 55” Samsung+ Smart TV. We’ve also created a special area for yoga or light exercise.

The master bedroom is located on the main level and is furnished with a king bed, deluxe cotton triple sheeting bedding with an attached private bathroom with shower and jetted tub. This bedroom has a large walk-through closet, luggage rack, ceiling fan, and a 55" Samsung+ Smart TV.

Also on the main level, one Queen bedroom, deluxe cotton triple sheeting bedding and large closet across the hall from the bathroom with combination tub/shower.

A private office with built-in desk work area is located on the main level. This room doubles as a 3rd bedroom on the main level and offers a Full futon style memory foam mattress. A special feature of this room is the overlook through the ficus trees into the family room. Feels like you're in a tree house!

There is also a full walkout basement - one Queen bed with deluxe cotton triple sheeting, a full bath tub/shower combo, kitchenette, living room with 55" Samsung+ Smart TV, and spacious laundry room.

Guests may enjoy all areas of the property, except the garage. Please be aware there is a pond on the property that is not fenced. Guests are not permitted to go into the pond and children should be supervised by an adult at all times while outdoors.

We have created this space for you to enjoy privately, however we are very close by should you need anything! Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

This home is close to a neighborhood, but is not really part of it. It sits on a large parcel of land and is accessed via a private road.

You will need a car unless you opt to utilize shared rides (Uber/Lyft). There is plenty of parking available on-site.

Only the guests approved in the booking process are allowed on the premises.

Max 2 dogs allowed and no cats unless otherwise approved by the host. You may be asked to leave if found to be in violation of this house rule.

Dogs should be leased while outdoors.

The home has been thoughtfully updated, however, it is an older home and has some lights and switches that don't work.

For extended stays you will be asked to water the indoor trees.

The home is located in the middle of a field. Although we maintain professional pest control, bugs and mice may still be present. Therefore, please do not leave doors propped open or food out.

The property is continuously monitored through video surveillance.
Minimum age to book is 25 and that person must also be staying in the home.

There is a pet fee of $100 per dog, per stay, max of 2 dogs allowed. No cats.

Please keep pups off of furniture and beds and do not use our linens for pets, or wash our linens with your dog linens. We kindly request you launder dog linens off-site.

Dogs should be on leash while outside the home, in parking area, or on the road.

Be sure to clean up after your pup. Poop bags are provided in the kitchen and a trash can to discard the waste is located off of the side porch. There is an additional fee of $150 if pet waste is left behind.

At the time of booking, the full names and ages of each guest is required. Only registered guests allowed on premises unless approved by the host.

Absolutely no smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes allowed in the house, porch or patio area.

No candle burning or open flame of any kind in the house.

We require a mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 21 days at no cost to you. Laundry is not included, but can be included for an additional $100.

There is 24/7 video surveillance of the driveway and front door.

Please note: Because of the age of the home, there are light switches (looped) throughout the home that may not work. It will not affect your stay - all the necessary lights are operable. The hall light switch is broken but the bulb has been replaced with a motion sensor bulb. If it bothers you, we will come and remove the bulb. Please promptly let us know of anything that is not working correctly and/or affecting your stay! We appreciate your gentle care of our home and understanding of its minor quirks!
