"Five weeks driving around Greece and this is our favorite hotel so far. We needed to slow down a bit and this relaxing property was the perfect place. The views out over the sea from the immaculately maintained pool is amazing. You can just read a book and enjoy being there. We booked 3 nights and extended for 2 more. Ellena, behind the desk is a vey friendly and helpful resource for dinner ideas and is just fun to talk to. The local restaurants are impressive., fun authentic Greek cuisine. Lots of locals dining out. Breakfast is great, served outside on a deck with a fantastic view. Highly recommend"

"You get what you pay for. The price was very affordable .The breakfast buffet was very good .( could be a bit earlier if making boat trips) .Room was ok .beds quute hard and pillows but that's my feeling . What I absolutely didn't like and found very offensive and rude was I'd asked if we could stay an extra night due to the boat trips .Receptiinist said " no problem at all" .We arrive back from our boat trip .no beds made no towels . So next morning asked nicely for fresh towels . was answered with a gruff" you pay first then you get towels and make sure you leave at 11am !!! . Rude .I would've paid upfront but was never asked."

"Lovely setting with many pools and bars. The swim up rooms are particularly lovely. I’ve been here before but the Sandy Villas was Adults Only then, and we ate in a smaller restaurant. A shame that’s changed as the big restaurant is too big and noisy. The à la carte restaurants are lovely."

"Excellent place the only suggestion is for them to do proper spa with Sauna and steam room overlooking see. They have plenty of space to implement it. Then it will become truly five star resort. As of now it’s four stars. Great views great food."

"Perfect location and staff . I thought I had a problem with the air conditioning (in reality, I hadn't realized that Greece uses a smart system that prevents the AC from running if the windows are open); I called, and they answered immediately in English and resolved the issue. I used the kitchen to prepare a few meals and make a latte in the morning, which I enjoyed on the patio overlooking the pomegranate tree. There is very convenient, shaded on-site parking. Supermarkets, bakeries, and one of Sivota's best restaurants are just 200–300 meters away. The beaches are within walking distance along a mostly flat route. In short: excellent value for money, and I would stay here again if I’m ever back in the area. P.S. I believe a renovation is planned—specifically for the bathrooms, which were the only part that wasn't perfect (though still more than adequate). Traveling as a couple by motorcycle. Frazie e arrivederci"

"Amazing hotel, brilliant staff, great food options and a very peaceful atmosphere. The gym, spa and beach were all great, very clean, good-sized room with very comfortable bed. We particularly loved the Pilates classes taught by Vanessa and the hotel even surprised me with a delicious birthday cake on my birthday. We had a wonderful stay and plan to visit again!"

"Absolutely lovely find. Rooms -- many with plunge pools -- situated in beautiful garden surroundings, next to a large beach. Could've easily stayed for a week and been very happy."

"Penny and her family are excellent hosts. They prioritise the guests and we felt very at home. The atmosphere is relaxed. I loved the background music at breakfast and by the pool. We were in the annex, the view was amazing, we watched sail boats go by from our veranda.The Friday night greek night was great fun well worth booking. The hotel is in a quiet area and is less than a 10 minute walk into Kavos so great to be away from the noise. My son praised the night manager who was very friendy and helpful. I'd highly recommend this hotel."
