"AC did not work, room was hot like a sauna. I opened the window but too noisy. I slept 2 hours total. Bathroom had sewage smell coming up. Never setting foot in this hotel ever again."

"Booked a total of 3 nights at the Sheraton CDG on our return trip from Canada to Perth, Aus. We chose it because it is very well located within the airport and was in close proximity to our required terminals. Staff were very friendly and efficient overrall - and very effective in securing assistance for us as my wife has mobility issues (Ismail and Sylvain - merci beaucoup!) - albeit when I added a second night to our return leg stay in order to secure early access to our room (we were landing at 0600) they had us down for only one night, then two nights in separate rooms despite several emails to the Hotel with a distinct request - in English and French - to join the two bookings and avoid the issue that occurred. And even got a response that their records had been updated. That being said the attendant soon resolved the issue. Food was excellent in the bar but a bit pricey - but it is Paris after all! Staff were once again friendly and very efficient here too. Our room was big and very clean: the bed was massive and very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean with big, fluffy towels and an excellent shower. They are looking a bit dated to be fair and the sink had signs of wear and tear. Overrall it was a very positive experience with minimum stress on a long journey. Bit annoying to get dinged for internet (14.90 Eu) after seeing e invoice as no mention of fee prior to or when signing in but will forgive them for the amazing view on exiting the lift on L1. Stunning."

"Modern pod system with all the amenities you need for a pod the width of a very comfortable bed. Breakfast on the pricey side if you are looking for basics like Cornflakes and toast and you can get other food at cdg T3 airport much cheaper. Great place ideal say and go with everything you need. Definitely stay every time I go the cdg Paris"

"The hotel looks weary and chipped off, chips and frayedness on the floor and walls. However the mattress is super comfortable "

"Staff at the reception did not speak English very well. The housekeepers did not speak English at all and were rude. I asked for extra towels and they gave me looks. I stayed for 7 days none of the days, the housekeeper or reception asked if I needed anything. The lady at the breakfast also did not speak in English and was also short tempered with English speaker. My room faced the cemetery. Location was good near the subway. I don’t think I would stay there again due to these reasons."
