"This is a lovely hotel in a very good location. The nearby train and bus make it very easy to get around (into St Ives was very simple) and the beach in Carbis Bay is walking distance. The room suited our needs perfectly and the breakfast supplies (that were replenished each day) were a lovely touch. Would recommend to anyone!"

"The room was comfortable, particularly the bed, although we did find some broken plastic under the sheet, not sure where it came from. There was no hot water from the sink even after running the tap for a while and the cistern to the toilet kept running after it had filled up. Saying all of that we would probably stay again."

"Beautiful town. Lovely breakfast overlooking sea view. Nice and quiet bedroom, room was a bit small and bathroom wasn't the best i.e. weak shower. Friendly staff. Great atomosphere in the pub below."
