About this space:
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful 2 bed 2 bath condo on a golf course. Less than 10 minutes by car from Cherry Grove Beach in North Myrtle. This 2-bed 2 bath condo offers all comforts of home plus access to a community pool, hot tub, and rec/gym room. It is also a short distance from many North Myrtle and Myrtle Beaches attractions. Also less than 30 minutes from two North Carolina beaches, Ocean Isle and Sunset Beach.

The space
The master bedroom has a king bed with an ample closet and a dresser. Shower/Tub in the room, and a smart TV with a connection to Netflix. The second bedroom has two full beds (full over full bunk bed), and a twin bed. Walk-in closet with hangers, dresser, and smart TV. Spacious second bathroom with shower (no tub). The main living area has a smart tv, and a dining table that seats six people. There is also a screened balcony with a dining set and seating area.

Guest access
My personal belongings are in the closet in the main bathroom and the coat closet by the front door. They are locked. Also, the pantry is stocked with some basic staples; feel free to use them.

Other things to note
Note: Stairs are required for access to the condo that is on the 3rd floor. It is not childproofed. No elevators.

Nice Condo

Property is exactly as described, clean and worked perfectly for our trip. I made a mistake and took the parking pass during checkout and Cynthia was very understanding and worked with us on returning it quickly.
