"The room was booked for one night they stated virtual check-in and assistance, with an access code to be provided for a contactless experience. But despite our repeated attempts to reach out for their failure, we were left stranded with no way to enter the property. We waited in desperation, trying to contact the property and Expedia agents, hoping for some kind of resolution. As the night grew darker, we had no choice but to sleep in our car, abandoned and helpless. A refund was requested...

"The guy who runs the place is amazing. He was super sweet and upgraded us a suite room from our standard king for free! The location on the beach was the best part for us. The worst would be all of the people that would walk around, clearly dealing drugs, at all hours of the night. It sucks because it definitely doesn’t feel very safe in that area and twilight surf has alot of potential to be a 5 star place. If they could get rid of the drug dealing, I’d be willing to bet they would thrive....

"There is a hot breakfast of waffles, toast, cereal and yogurt. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The property is older, but maintained well. Beach is accessible from the property. Easy to find attractions in the area."
