There was roaches everywhere. I called and tried to switch rooms the office manager told me, all rooms have roaches

The room was had a two burner stove and only one burner worked. There was a microwave that didn’t work. Had to be changed out. We could never get enough towels for our stay of 10 day and we extend for one more day. The price was right. They should have been able to give the same rate with out having to rebook online.

The room was very dirty. The whole bathroom was very nasty. The door is covered in filth, I killed roaches in the bathtub, the toilet was gross. The bed was nice but the dresser next to it had some gross stuff dripped down it.

FABULOUS STAFF

Original room booked we were unable to stay in but they accommodated us and moved us to a new room, beds are comfortable, tvs are decent sized, unfortunately no breakfast or pool in the Texas heat but that’s okay. The staff is wonderful and very understanding

The ac did not work properly leaked water. Bathroom sink barely let out water as if clogged. Shower was fine though. But for the money it gets the job done.

The room was infested with bugs. It was a long hike to get to the ice machine. When I asked very politely if there was any kind of breakfast, i was told very cheerfully that nope, no breakfast, not even coffee. I couldnt leave fast enough.

Bathtub was leaking. Room Floor tiles are coming out they becomed unglued due to water leak. There are molds in the ceiling and the toilet. Room smells like wet dog.

Crappy room becauae i used hotels.com at first

Got put in a room that had not been cleaned and was unsuitable for anyone. That is after sitting for an hour in the parking lot waiting for someone to show up and check us in

I left The Contessa Inn. We didn’t stay at the property. We found other accommodations. It was roach infested, had roach bait in the room. No trash cans in any room. The personnel was rude. The front desk did)n’t answer the phone. Please refund my money.

The facility was clean. There were no kitchen appliances or utensils or hair dryer provided. Given the demographics of the tenants, it is understandable. For the price range and location, this hotel served my needs and I am satisfied with my stay.
