Hidden Gem

This has got to be one of the best stays I've had in a long time. All of the staff was super friendly. The hotel was easily assessable from the interstate, and there was plenty of food and fuel choices nearby.

CLASS A HOTEL

Room was very nice and clean. Staff members at front desk were very friendly and accomodating. They were very helpful in giving directions to nearby restaurants and to Interstate 20. I would recommend this hotel to all friends and family members.

Great hotel

Enjoyed our stay. The only thing I didn't like was that they don't serve breakfast anymore and the toilet in our room keep stopping up, but eventually flushed. Other than that, the staff was great, the atmosphere was great and great location. I would definitely stay again.

Well worth the price

The ice machine was missing on the 4th floor. The bed was comfortable. When you read the reviews, the managers stated there were eating places within walking distance. Not for me! Well worth the price.

The bed was very comfortable. Towel rack fell off the wqll upon removing towel, hair dryer didnt work, no soap or shampoo in dispensers in shower. We specifically didn't pack shampoo/soap/ hairdryer because we knew they would be supplied. Staff was friendly.

The guy at the front desk is less than friendly. The room was very clean and spacious but they don't have coffee and the coffee machine they have in the lobby was broken. The stairwell smells like dog, to the point you have to hold your breath. Wont' be staying here again.

Hotel was pretty good when you have pets

Room was standard clean, not deep cleaned. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Several property maintenance issues occurred during our stay. Our closest outside door was broken, the laundry room went out of order and the elevator was not functioning properly on our floor. The outside door was repaired quickly.

Thanks for the many stays.

We have stayed at this location in Longview 6 or 7 times over the past 5 years. It's a good place to stay for the money. The property has aged over time and there are things that need some work here and there but everything works in the rooms we have had. Sometime in the past year they stopped serving breakfast which caught us off guard earlier this year but there are plenty of places nearby to find food. This will most likely be our last stay as our student has finished school in Longview and is moving on. Hasta La Vista Red Roof Inn.

My what high ceilings you have

Perfect when passing through. Very spacious room, very comfortable bed. Ample well lit parking. I dont use them but they have EV chargers. Cons no breakfast, pool closed. But I wasnt there for that. Bath towels were thin and small. Room had some age to it. But i would book there again. Great value for the price.
