"The staff is terrible. She owns a defunct neglected Manor and does not have a plan to refurbish. The room is a decrepit large closet. The bathroom is downstairs in a shared room. The REST of the house is off-limits and she stays there always. She yelled at me fkr walking down the stairs at night. This is awful. Stay away from here !!"

"We have thought hard about this review because the people that run the hotel are very nice people who are very welcoming. Despite the language barrier Ginette was great and spoke better English than we did French. However, the issues were with the room itself. When we entered the room it actually looked great with the bedroom being separate and up one flight of stairs but there was a damp musty smell that we thought may have just been from being closed. "It is a beautifully restored stone manoir with lovely gardens. The rooms are very well appointed and decorated with comfortable beds and excellent washrooms.
