"Sehr gut organisierte Übergabe des Hauses. Haus ist interessant renoviert und hat auch einen großen Garten, den wir zwar aufgrund der Temperaturen nicht nutzten, aber dennoch als gut empfanden. Hier kann man sicher gut seine Hunde laufen lassen, da alles eingezäunt ist. Im Winter ist es leider eher schwer, das Gebäude gut warm zu halten, da aus wohl baulichen Gründen nur Infrarotheizungen vorhanden sind und gleichzeitig das Gebäude nicht sehr gut isoliert zu sein scheint.
