The neighborhood is quiet and is a convenient location to Little Rock. We would like to stay again in the future."

"We were in town for my grandsons birthday and needed an overflow place to stay with our mini poodles. Nice little condo and conveniently located. We only slept here so didn’t use any of the kitchen items. The living room was comfortable. The bed was a little firm for our liking. The backyard didn’t have any grass (poodles are picky) so we still had to leash and walk the dogs but there was grass close by. The front door knob was hard to lock and turn so easier to lock inside and pull closed....

"I loved everything about the property with one exception. While fairly was minor overall it did cause me personally a problem sleeping. I really wanted to rate my stay at 5 stars but the light coming in from the cottage entrance next door did not allow me a good night's sleep. For most guests this would probably not matter but any light causes me to not sleep well. I would recommend blackout curtains or a screen on the side of the door light that could block the light from entering into the...

"We had a wonderful stay at this home in Little Rock! The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts were responsive, welcoming, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the area. We truly felt at home and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Little Rock. An added plus is it is pet friendly."
