She even showed me two rooms with different layouts so I could choose..I stayed three nights since I was checking out McAbee Fossil Beds nearby (highly recommend!) and my entire stay was comfortable, quiet, and easy. The Riverside is located within easy range of a gas station, grocery stores, and library and within a short drive (5 minutes) of Horstings Farm Market which offers fresh produce, ready made food, made to order sandwiches, cinnamon buns and excellent coffee and matcha drinks. Christine at Riverside also offers bottled water and ramen-style soup for sale (very inexpensive) in the lobby for people who arrive too late or who prefer to prepare something in the room. My room had a fridge and microwave, mugs, AC, and was very quiet at night. If I come back to Cache Creek I would definitely stay again in this modest but clean and welcoming motel. Front desk staff and cleaning staff were warm, friendly and pleasant and very professional."
