"Lovely place to stay in Amsterdam. 10/10"

"We enjoyed our stay. A very quiet neighborhood among a string of super-exclusive stores. A one way street, so very little car traffic. Able to walk to a ton of restaurants, museums, the tram, and of course Vondel Park just a block away. A great escape from the bustle of downtown."

"I am beyond grateful for this stay! We stayed here as a family of 3 (two adults, 1 teen) for a long weekend getaway. I could not have picked a better option! The home is as described and very clean and comfortable. You enter up 3 flights of modern, comfortable stairs into a small vestibule shared with the hosts. From there, you enter through a locked door into a private hallway. Take the hallway to the right to find a large, comfortable bedroom and a clean and functional bathroom with laundry....

"This apartment is in a perfect location and the pictures are exactly what you get. There are 2 very large bedrooms with 2 good sized baths. We were greeted with a great bottle of wine, which was so appreciated after our long travels (Thank you Daan!) We had an issue with no hot water and a broken hair dryer (which we were alerted to by Daan). The hot water was fixed relatively quickly (needed a new part), and the hair dryer was replaced that same day. Later in our stay, the heat stopped...

"Who wouldn’t want to stay in a real houseboat in Amsterdam….seriously? We so enjoyed our stay there. Out your living room window were all kinds of ducks swimming by. Nature is all around you. The area is very quiet at night which was what we wanted. Each evening, we sat around the kitchen table with wine, and charcuterie, sharing photos, and planning the next days’ activities. "Mario was the best host; so easy to communicate with and genuinely kind. We appreciate his responsiveness and the laundry service. The apartment is large, comfortable for 6 people (we had 5). There is not a lift and the stairs can be challenging if you are above floor 2. The apartment is well stocked and furnished. Location is great; right in the heart of De Wallen. We would stay here again for sure. "

"Although not in the centre, Wessel’s property was on a very pretty canal and an easy tram ride from central Amsterdam. There were plenty of good restaurants and nice coffee shops within walking distance. There were three of us in our party so we utilised both bedrooms and the kitchen area. We had everything we needed for our 3 night stay, comfortable beds and good bathrooms. Wessel was welcoming and obviously available if we had any questions- which we didn’t! One thing that may be an issue for...
